Automation and job scheduling ability has been very helpful in streamlining daily workflow and saving from manually creating batches. I particularly find this feature most helpful when going on vacation and can schedule batch runs to process calls and even create EMI call record file while I’m out of the office.
Deactivation option has been a godsend when errors are made and you did not know until you billed. It takes little to no time and effort to deactivate and reprocess. I cannot be more thankful for this option. Avalara integration simplifies the entire taxing process and saves us time. SpryBill makes for easier, time saving, efficient billing.
I have done the billing process only a few times but it’s MUCH easier and user friendly than our old platform. Top three features I would say the navigation, reporting and ease of entering charges and departments. All screens work the same way in SpryBill. The customer 360 view has made things easier to manage accounts and customer service calls.
One of my favorite features is being able to schedule a job. I can set the system to run all of our billing & statement cycles for me overnight. I like being able to save contents of any list screen in the software into Excel. This helps in many different reports that I need to provide. Our customer service team likes almost everything about the Customer 360 view.
